Chicken Salad Recipes
Chicken breast salad
- 1 chicken breast
- 100 ml milk cream
- 1 celery
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 big apple
- some dill
- 4 table spoons of lemon juice
- 1 tea spoon of mustard (can be sweet or hot, depending on taste)
- salt, pepper
Time to completion:
This chicken breast salad is for 4 servings.
Clean the chicken breast of any remaining skin or sinewy and wash it thoroughly in cold water. Start boiling it in water, previously adding a bit of salt in.
When it is well boiled, take the chicken breast out of the water, let it cool down a little, and then cut it in small 2 cm cubes.
Clean and wash the celery. Cut it into very small pieces. Add a bit of lemon juice.
Peel the apple and remove its pips. Grate it. Mix the celery with the apple grate, and then add the tomatoes, previously washed and cut into small cubes.
Blend everything with a blender, and then add the mustard and the milk cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mix over the chicken breast cubes. Mince the dill and add it over. Mix well.
Put everything on a serving plate. Deck the plate with dill and tomato slices.
