Easy chicken casserole recipe
- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 (8 oz.) pgs cream cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Time to completion:
60 - 70 minutes
This easy chicken casserole recipe makes 4 servings.
Cook and bone chicken, then cut in bite-sized pieces.
Cook the broccoli until it becomes tender. Drain it well.
Put cream cheese, milk, salt, garlic salt and half of the Parmesan cheese in the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick.
In the previously greased casserole dish layer the broccoli and pour over half of sauce. Add the chicken and the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle everything with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
